LegalRedline AI helps legal, procurement, and business teams review contracts faster. We combine playbook-driven policy checks with AI-powered clause analysis so you can spot risk, gaps, and non-standard language before documents leave your desk.
How it works
- Upload a contract (PDF or DOCX) and optionally a playbook spreadsheet or build rules in-app.
- Analyze — our AI reviews clauses against your playbook and flags risk levels, missing terms, and suggested edits.
- Review in a Word-style workspace with highlights, accept/reject actions, clause library snippets, and export to redlined DOCX.
- Compare versions side by side to track changes between draft iterations.
Privacy-first design
Your playbooks, review history, and clause library are stored locally in your browser. Contract text is only sent to our AI provider when you explicitly run analysis or chat — not silently in the background. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
